Below listed is the One Yoga & Wellness cancellation policies for when you book yoga classes, yoga courses, private sessions, workshops and retreats.

Cancellation of a Yoga Class

 

We understand that plans change and you may need to cancel a yoga class. This is no problem at all and we ask for 6 HOURS minimum notice period should you need to do this. Please cancel yourself online via the booking software.  In this situation your class credit will be put back onto your account. If you paid by card for a single session then the class will go onto your account as a class credit. 

 

Please note there are no refunds, transfers to other accounts and/or extensions if you are unable to use the class pass within the expiry date.

If less than 6 hours notice is given then you will still be charged for the class even if there are still spaces available in that class. If you have a card stored on your account, a charge will be taken from your card. If you have class credits allocated to your account then a class credit will be deducted. Should you not be able to cancel yourself off for whatever reason, please contact Georgie with more than 6 hours notice to not lose your class credit by email georgie@oneyogawellness.com.

 

Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc) is not accepted as a suitable form of communication to cancel a class.

Cancellation of Immersions

 

We understand that plans change and you may need to cancel your spot on an immersion. This is no problem at all and we ask for

24 HOURS minimum notice period should you need to do this. Please cancel yourself online via the booking software.  In this situation your class credit will be put back onto your account. If you paid by card for a single session then the class will go onto your account as a class credit. 

 

Please note there are no refunds, transfers to other accounts and/or extensions if you are unable to use the class pass within the expiry date.

Cancellation of a Course, Workshop and/or Masterclass

 

The rules are very similar to above however the cancellation period is different. For courses or workshops held by Georgina Rose,  we ask for 3 DAYS (72 HOURS) minimum notice period should you need to cancel. The 72 hours will be calculated using the scheduled start time of the workshop to work back from. You can cancel yourself online through the booking software on our website however an automatic refund is not processed. Please email georgie@oneyogawellness.com to request a refund.

If less than 72 hours notice is given then you will still be charged for the course, workshop or masterclass even if there are still spaces available. Should you not be able to cancel yourself off for whatever reason, please email georgie@oneyogawellness.com with more than 72 hours notice to make us aware that you are unable to attend.

Cancellation of a Private Session

Please note that each Private Session is run uniquely, therefore there are different cancellation policies in place and will be discussed upon booking.

Cancellation of a Retreat

 

Please note that each retreat we run is unique and as such will have different cancellation policies. We will make these clear on the descriptions of the retreats before you make a purchase. Cancellation of a Class, Course, Workshop by One Yoga & Wellness

 

On occasion there is the necessity to cancel a class, course, private lesson or workshop. This could be caused through a number of unavoidable circumstances such as teacher ill health, adverse weather conditions. Should we ever cancel on you, we will refund you in full to the value of what you paid for the class, course, private lesson or workshop.
