Hatha Flow Yoga
Hatha Flow Yoga classes are grounding and energising, aimed at all levels, with plenty of variations offered. Build strength and flexibility in the body and mind in these dynamic classes.
Perfect for all levels, no experience necessary.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a passive and rejuvenating practice where postures are held for 3-7 minutes; seated or supine, to help target deeper layers of tissues and release long-held tension in muscles and joints. This helps to free the body and mind, helping to release emotional trauma. With a large focus on the breath, this practice can be very meditative, building a deeper connection to yourself.

Restorative Yoga
Slow down, take a deep breath and drop in. This Restorative Yoga class is an opportunity to take yourself away from the busy go-go-go of everyday life and create stillness for the body and mind to rest.
Snuggle up with ALL the props to offer yourself the support you need. This space is held for you to find whatever it is you need.

Gentle Yoga offers the opportunity to move within the body, building your connection to a more mindful practice.
Slow flowing, with restorative postures, this class offers a supportive yet dynamic class to allow for the slowing of the mind and to re-energise to body.
Open to all levels, perfect for beginners and individuals with reduced mobility and injuries.
SUP Yoga offers a fun practice, moving through a sequence of postures, building strength, flexibility and focus, whilst enjoying the elements and having fun.
