Open to all levels, this Gentle Yoga & Somatics class is an invitation to go slowly, move slowly, breathe slowly.  In the slowness we find the potency to welcome home the parts of you that wish to reconnect to what is present in the body and heart space.  These weekly classes are a soulful space where we bridge the gap between the tools that yoga bring and our own innately felt presence.

All levels welcome, including beginners.

so please bring a mat to practice on.
