At One Yoga & Wellness we tailor classes to meet your team's health needs; whether that is to ease a stressful mind, tight bodies from sitting for long hours, or simply to help boost your team's mood and morale.  Each class is designed to create a safe and inclusive environment, so no matter what the level of the individual, they feel they get the most out of their time on the mat.

Classes are catered for small and large businesses in Exeter and Exmouth areas, extending out within a reasonable distance.  One Yoga & Wellness has previously been involved in teaching teams from Plymouth City Council, Help For Heroes, Royal Marines and Royal Navy, British Armed Forces, University of Plymouth and The Student Housing Company at various Devon sites.

Depending on your needs, there are different packages that can be created for you and your team.  You can select from the following to build your own tailor made package.

What You Will Need

  1. A Room - Class sizes usually are determined by the room capacity.  Usually suggest 15-20 maximum, to allow for proper attention to each individual.

  2. Yoga Equipment - Recommended; Mats, blankets, blocks, eye pillows. This can be supplied, please let us know when enquiring, may incur additional cost.

  3. Choose a day & time - Morning/Lunchtime/Afternoon/After work.  Duration of classes are either 30, 45, 60 minutes long.

  4. Choose the style of yoga​A variety of styles of yoga and meditation are available for your team to experience.  This can be discussed further upon application.
