Join myself and Becky for a day of nourishment, to truly treat yourself from the inside out!  Drop into a state of bliss after a day of self care, with a variety of workshops from Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Journaling.  Perfect for all levels, even for complete beginners.

ITINERARY

10:30 - 10:45       Welcome with Tea

A time to welcome you to the retreat, where we will introduce the theme of the day and get to know one another, before diving into a day of community and nourishment. Feel free to bring a cup of yummy tea, juice, hot water and lemon, with you.

10:45 - 12:15         Vinyasa Flow

Becky will be guiding us though a variety of postures to open your heart and hips, flowing with the breath as you align your thoughts to the sensations of the present moment - to find joy within.

 

12:15 - 13:15          Journaling Workshop

Guiding you through different journaling techniques and asking questions for you to delve deeper into what nourishment looks like to you and how you can apply what you learn into your daily lives. 

13:15 - 14:15             Lunch Break

A time to rest and refuel.  When you book, you will be gifted with some delicious recipe ideas to make prior to the event so you can relax to the max and take some time out.

14:15 - 15:45         Yin Yoga

I will be guiding you through her nurturing Yin yoga session, finding beauty within stillness and allowing your body and mind to truly settle.  Continuing the theme of nourishment, this session will have a focus around the heart and hips.

15:45 - 16:15         Yoga Nidra

Just when you thought you couldn't melt any deeper, my voice will guide you through a yogic sleep meditation, where you will drop into a state of consciousness between awake and sleeping, for true rest.  You will leave feeling fully rejuvenated and restored.

 

16:15 - 16:30        Goodbyes

After having spent a wonderful day together we will be closing our day with gratitude in our hearts and nourishment in our body, mind and souls.
