Private Yoga

Yoga is not a ‘one size fits all’ practice, as each individual is unique with many anatomical differences, health conditions and much more.  I can tailor classes to suit your individual needs, whether focusing on specific practice needs or due to any current health concerns you may be dealing with.

Having a private one-on-one session allows for more attention and guidance to the individual, particularly beneficial if you are new to yoga and want a more personalised practice, or if you’d like to deepen a particular aspect of your practice.  


Private yoga classes are offered, either in person or online, in the comfort of your own home (travel expenses may apply) or a space that is convenient to you, available by appointment.  Have a family member or friends that you would like to share the experience of a private yoga class with?  Private group classes are available upon request**.

Online Private Yoga

Local good classes aren't accessible to you?  Can't get to a studio near me to practice in person?

Then online private yoga is for you.  With access to private classes, even if we are not in the same area or timezone, you can develop your practice in the comfort of wherever you are.  Suitable for all levels, whether you are just looking to tweak some parts of your practice or are a complete beginner and looking to begin a practice at home.   

How It Works
It is as easy as deciding on a time which is mutually suitable and connecting to the internet.  Upon booking we will have a 15 minute chat about what you're goals for the session(s) are and how that will look for us moving forward.
All we need is a stable connection to the internet and we can either connect via Skype, Facebook Messenger, Facetime or Whatsapp Messenger, then we are good to go.
