This long weekend retreat is all about giving yourself permission to unplug from the stresses and busyness of daily life, so you can reconnect to yourself and immerse in the famed Cornish North Coast beauty. Coupled with nourishing yoga and meditation, freshly prepared delicious local meals and incredible company, this weekend will leave you with a sense of groundedness and connection.

- 3 Nights stay in our exclusive country house, a stones throw from the North Coast Cornwall beaches.
- Daily nutritious meals, Breakfast, Lunch* & Dinner, prepared lovingly by our in house retreat chef.
- Twice daily yoga practice, guided by Georgie your host and yoga teacher; including energising flows to get the body moving, breathwork and relaxing restorative sessions such as yin and guided Yoga Nidra meditation.
- Daily trips to explore the new and hidden spots in the local area; coastal path walks, beach explores where you can don your swimmers and go for an ocean dip.
What's Not Included...
- Travel to and from the retreat, closest train station and airport is Newquay. Taxis are available to get to retreat house (14 min - train station, 22 min airport).
- *Sunday Lunch - we will venture out to a local spot enjoying endless sea views and delicious local foods.

Nestled in the stunning Cornwall countryside, in the quiet nook of Mount, our retreat home is just a stones throw from the north coast Cornwall beaches and infamous South West Coastal Path. You will feel immediately at home here with it's cosy and welcoming atmosphere.
There are plenty of spaces to relax and chill over the weekend with a sizeable garden and the beach and coastal are just a short walk away, so plenty to explore if you want to. Sandy toes and salty air awaits!
Each room has its own designated bathroom with a maximum of two people sharing.
We pride ourselves on offering you a retreat space where you feel safe, and are doing all we can to ensure the safety of all guests and the team. It is the utmost importance that all guests can relax and feel safe whilst on retreat. COVID Safety Protocol. Any concerns, please reach out to Georgie for more information.
Each day there will be daily yoga and meditation practices available to join. In the morning, you will ease into the day with a guided meditation and intention setting class, followed by an energising flow yoga session. In the evenings we will sink into your mat for a relaxing and restorative yin yoga practice with guided yoga nidra practice to help you fully relax and unplug from your stresses.
Your teacher and host Georgie will guide you through these each of these practices with an open and compassionate approach, where you will always be encouraged to rest when you need to be kind to your body and yourself. Each class has been specifically sequenced for you in mind, so it doesn't matter how much or little yoga you have practiced before, Georgie will be there to guide you through the classes and hold space for your practice, whatever it needs to be. This is your retreat, and you are free to enjoy your time however you wish. So, if at any point you feel you would rather rest, take part in another activity at the house or go for an explore, then you can.
Fuelling you with the most nutritious and delicious meals is a major part of our retreat philosophy. Each meal has been specially curated to nourish you from the inside out, to make you go 'mmm' with every mouthful. You will be served a vegetarian based menu, with vegan and special dietary requirements catered to, just let us know your needs.
On arrival day you will be served dinner and departure day we will finish with a delicious breakfast before you embark on your journey home. All meals are included on this retreat, with one lunch meal out exploring the local culinary delights*.
*Sunday Lunch out is not included in the price.
We will be practising all our classes in the beautiful 'Limehouse Yoga Studio' across the road to make enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding Cornwall landscape. This is a brand new, purpose built eco space opened during lockdown 2020, and we can not wait to practice with you in this gorgeous yoga space.
