Restore body, mind and spirit in this deeply nourishing and wholesome Yin Yoga & Guided Meditation Immersion.

In these deeply restorative Yin Yoga Immersions, you will be guided through a nourishing Yin Yoga series to open the body and mind, releasing long held tension and stress.  Each immersion is carefully themed to bring you a more integrated focus to the practice, where you will explore different poses to functionally work with the entire body and nervous system.


To finish you will be guided through a relaxing Yoga Nidra meditation to fully unwind and drop into a deeper yogic sleep state.  This allows the mind and body to fully switch off and recharge from day to day life and stresses.  Expect to leave feeling rested and open, in body, mind and heart.
